In her position at the institute, Nicole provides peer support training to several organizations in Colorado, provides the online trauma training program for professionals, administers the GRIT training program, and works as a liaison with the 4th Judicial Court of Veterans Traumatology. Nicole graduated from the Master's program in Clinical Psychology at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs, with an emphasis on trauma. Decker graduated from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs with a master's degree in Clinical Psychology and regularly teaches undergraduate and graduate psychology courses at UCCS.
Fowler earned her master's degree in Community Counseling from the University of Northern Colorado.
